On the 14th of January H.H. Lokanath Maharaja released his new book titled Festivals, Srila Prabhupada at the Mayapur-Vrndavana Festivals.
This book has especially been published in the light of the upcoming 30th anniversary of the first Mayapur Festival, which will be celebrated in a grandiose way.
Festivals takes us onsite with Srila Prabhupada as he attended the Mayapur-Vrndavana Festivals from 1972 till 1977. H.H. Lokanath Swami attended all those festivals except the 1972 Mayapur festival and interviewed more than seventy devotees. The book is full of the memories of these devotees who themselves attended these festivals with Srila Prabhupada. This beautifully illustrated book is a historical account meant to preserve the past memory of Srila Prabhupada at these festivals.
