Dreams of Living in Mayapur

Imagine getting up in the morning, and walking two minutes to take darshan of Srila Prabhupada in his samadhi. You chant your rounds as you slowly circumambulate him. You feel his mercy and the mercy of Sridhama Mayapur enter deeply into your heart and nurture your creeper as you go round and round.

My family and I have been living in Mayapur for the last five years, and we love it. Yes, we have had our share of challenges, but even the challenges are ecstatic.

My two sons, 8 and 11 years old, have a wonderful time growing up here. They both learned to read and write at the Sri Mayapur Chandrodaya Day School. Their education and spiritual lives are progressing nicely. They learned to swim by swimming in the Ganga. Every day they have many friends to play with and exciting adventures at the Ganga and on the football field.

Recently several devotees, now serving in other parts of the world, asked me to help them sell their flats. These flats are all in excellent shape with nice verandas and beautiful views. We just sold one house, but have four flats left.
