June 15th, Saturday:

First Annual Himalayan Performing Arts Festival, 4 pm

Many performing artists on the outdoor stage, food, gifts, exhibits. Admission $3.00/$1.00 children.

Some of the artists performing: Chitresh Das kathak dancers company from San Francisco; Jyotir Rout’s School of Odissi dance from San Francisco; Chrandramouli, Deepa and Divya Ramachandran, violin concert; Ashwin Krishnakumar, flute concert; others to be announced

July 20, Saturday:

Eighth Annual Llama Fest, 4 pm

Performing artists, food, exhibits, llamas; Competitions and races between llamas and their handlers from all over Utah.

Entertainment provided by such groups as Los Hermanos de los Andes, Alborada, Salsa Brava, Coco Loco Salsa Band, Aztec dancers, Fantasia Bolivia, Agua Salida, and more. South-of-the-Border Food, Handicraft and Weaving Booths. Admission $3.00, children $1.00

September 14, Saturday, 4 PM:

16th Annual Festival of India. Performing artists, Pageant of the Ramayana with fireworks after dark, food, exhibits. This is the biggest festival of the year with attendance in excess of 5,000. Admission $3.00, children $1.00

November 2, Saturday:

Deewali, 6 pm, Festival of Lights and Indian New Year
