Dear Devotees,

Please accept our respectful obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

We invite you to fully partake of the unalloyed mercy of Lord Nityananda by participating in one of the most anticipated events of the year. The Atlanta temple is the only temple in the world, beside the original village of Panihati in India, to celebrate this pastime of Lord Nityananda on such a large scale. Join us here at New Panihati Dhama, and enjoy this unique privilege of serving the most significant and magnificent personality of our Movement, Lord Nityananda.

The event will be attended by H.H. Jayapataka Swami, H.H. Hridayananda das Goswami, and H.H. Bir Krishna das Goswami, Atlanta's presiding GBC, as well as many other illustrious disciples of Srila Prabhupada and other senior members of ISKCON. We will be also inviting representatives of other religious traditions: Christianity, Islam, and Judaism to name a few. Please see Saturday's program below.

The festival will include the following activities:

Friday, June 21st

  • Ratha Yatra Parade from 1:30 to 3:00pm on Peachtree Street, in downtown Atlanta. A shuttle bus will be leaving the temple at 11:30 am.
  • Round trip tickets: $3 for adults, $1 for children
  • Ratha Yatra Feast served at the temple late in the afternoon

Saturday, June 22nd

  • Regular morning temple program and prasadam distribution
  • Music, Dance, and Drama at 2:00 pm
  • Interfaith dialogue, panel discussion: Love of God at 4:00 pm. Facilitator: H.H. Hridayananda das Goswami

Sunday, June 23rd

  • Regular morning temple program and prasadam distribution
  • Prabhupada lila-smaranam at 11:00 am
  • Chipped Rice Festival, Leader: H.H. Jayapataka Swami
  • Maha Chida Dahi Arati at 1:30 pm
  • Musical performances and other activities will continue until the Festival ends at 7:00 pm
