Badri Replies
By Badrinarayan dasa, GBC
CHAKRA (San Diego, California) - Thursday,
June 8th, 2000:
Dear
Readers:
Please
accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.
I
have reviewed the posting by Bhaktivedanta Aranya Maharaja. Regrettably, I
do not have the time to reply right now. However, I would like to make it
clear that silence does not mean agreement or the lack of the ability to
provide a solid response. We are at a critical juncture on a very large
project, which requires my full and immediate attention. I am convinced
that it is not the best use of my energy to be distracted from an effort,
which will produce positive preaching and a result pleasing to the Supreme
Lord to what has become this self- propelling chain of back-and-forth
position papers. (I entered this fray only after Bhudara Prabhu's paper
demanding a reply from members of the GBC was widely circulated by
followers of Narayan Maharaja.)
This
project marathon will be over by the end of the month of June and I will
then turn my attention to composing yet another reply re-enforcing the
simple truth that Narayan Maharaja's teachings do in fact differ
significantly from those of Srila Prabhupada.
Your
servant, Badrinarayan dasa
