Hilo Rathayatra Wins Prize

Dear Devotees-

Hare Krsna! A nice follow up to our Rathayatra is that our entry placed third and the sponsors sent a $75 check. The note said, "Your costumes and music added a pleasant variety to the Parade. (We) look forward to your continued support."

I should also mention that Vidugdha Madhava (from Bhakti Saranga Swami's temple in Honokaa) came down with the Bengali devotees from up there and dressed up nicely (glittery saris, etc, baby dressed like Little Radharani, etc.). Of course they are excellent kirtan players also.

Anyway, not only did the parade organizers appreciate Lord Jagannatha, but they gave Him a prize as well!
