Video Response to Turley Lawsuit

In 2000, a lawsuit was filed against numerous ISKCON temples, organizations, and individuals by the Turley law firm alleging rampant abuse of children in the ISKCON gurukulas. The media reacted by sensationalizing the stories of the plaintiffs, and there wasn't a word heard from the thousands of gurukulis who look back on their Hare Krishna education with great fondness and appreciation. With perspectives offered by secularist, lawyers, the gurukula alumni, and current students, this 18 minute presentation tells the other side of the story. The Dallas temple produced this video with ITV for distribution to congregational members, devotees, and interested parties.
