His Grace Tribhuvanatha Dasa
by Bhakta dasa

Dear Maharajas and Prabhus,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All Glory to Srila Prabhupada!

I did not have the fortune to have a great deal of association with Tribhuvanatha dasa, but the little contact I did have convinced me that he is an extraordinary disciple of Srila Prabhupada and very dear to the Supreme Lord. His natural humility was a shining jewel in his character, and his enthusiasm for Krishna Kirtan was like a magnet drawing the innocent closer to the divine. Less than two months ago I received my last communication from Tribhuvanatha Prabhu in Brazil. He said:

"I am in a different prison. But I am hoping for progress day by day. I have honestly no qualms about getting out of this body, I just hope it is not one of those long drawn out 'cancer agony' stories, that you hear about. So far not much pain, but a bit of a struggle to balance things out as 'diet' is a miserable factor with stomach cancer, everything nice is bad for you. And apart from green things and loads of health foods it's a boring old life. Still I am getting a lot of realizations and Srila Prabhupada is my ship to cross this miserable ocean. He will protect me always I am sure of that. I leave it all to his mercy. He is no ordinary Spiritual Master and I pray I take the dust of his Feet on my head and follow him wherever he wants me to go!"

Clearly he has been blessed as he desired and is now following Srila Prabhupada in eternal Vrindaban.

Praying for the mercy of all devotees, I beg to remain always,

Your humble servant,
Bhakta dasa
