Dear Prabhus,

Quite a few devotees in Detroit and elsewhere have said things about my family based on whatever they have heard from Pratyatosa directly or via “VNN-forums” or “Chakra.” Unfortunately (or should I say, “fortunately”) most of those things are not true. Pratyatosa made up a lot of things in order to get what he wanted to accomplish his “mission," and now, as a result, we (my wife, children and I) are feeling the heat. If you want to hear my side of the story (the truth), please read “Voice of a Step-father in Detroit” on Chakra; or directly contact me via my E-mail address ( leaderinme@hotmail.com ). It’s very unfair for anyone to speculate things about my family not knowing the whole truth.

I am sick and tired of devotees trying to spread rumors about my family via these forums (VNN or Chakra) without giving their names. I have nothing to hide and neither should you. Stop “hiding behind the tree” and tell me who you are (in most cases I know). May be we can sit down together and discuss the issues; rather than you staying angry at my family just because you disagree with Pratyatosa and his mention of different things about my family in his letters. Please know that now my family has NOTHING to do with him. He is not with us, and never will be in future. I want to clear the name of my family. That’s all I want. I am not interested in “super-duper” philosophical arguments with you about who is right and who is wrong about certain issues. I want to get on with my life in this “Post-Pratyatosa Era” in my family. He was a ‘bad news’ for us. Yes...I made a BIG mistake in asking him to come to my house; I learned from it. As far as we are concerned, we want to get on with our lives, being good devotees and not feeling any of Pratyatosa’s “fingerprints” on our family. Is that fare enough???
