We here at Chakra are committed to telling you the whole truth. We don't hide anything, although we have our own perspective, which is independent and not dictated to us by the GBC. At CHAKRA, although we are friends with the GBC, we only present our own views. We speak of our own free will.

Accepts Harikesa Swami's Resignation
from Bhagavat Dharma (das) MG (Mayapur Project,
Comm.) ![]() The BBT Trustees have, for many years, engaged the services of a professional auditor, Dwarkadisha Dasa of Calcutta. He is a retired chartered accountant, formerly with the West Bengal Government. Each year, he visits one or more BBT divisions and thoroughly audits the books. Last year he audited the Australasian BBT. This year, as part of the regular rotation, he will focus on the Northern Europe BBT. His detailed reports are submitted to the Trustees. Dwarkadisha has reported no irregular investments by any BBT division. The BBT Trustees have engaged Anjana Devi Dasi and me to run a communications office. We intend to make the operations of the BBT more open and clear. We expect to send regular releases and reports to the devotee community. I hope that all devotees reading this will give full credit to Harikesa Maharaj for the stalwart service he has rendered to Srila Prabhupada's BBT over the years, and join with all of us at the BBT in a prayer for his recovery.
