USA (CHAKRA) -The GBC special investigator, Balavanta dasa, has denied any GBC confirmation of VNN's report of "the most incriminating evidence" that Srila Prabhupada was poisoned.

"Contrary to the report on VNN," said Balavanta, a professional attorney, "the GBC special investigation does not confirm [the presence of] any statement to the effect, 'Put poison in different containers.'"

VNN had reported that "preliminary lab results conducted by the official GBC poison investigation have confirmed the following words being spoken by Tamal Krishna Swami: 'Put poison in different containers.'"

"The referenced section is subject to numerous interpretations," said Balavanta, "and no conclusion has been reached yet."

GBC Bir Krishna Goswami also checked the recorded whisper. "After carefully analyzing it with my equipment, all top of the line hardware and software," he said, "I hear 'It was in different containers.' There is definitely no "p" sound"

"People are hearing what they want to hear," Bir Krishna added, "and the mind is inserting different sounds that are not there. That is my conclusion. All the whispers are like that. I have top of the line Sennheiser HD 545 reference headphones so I can distinguish sounds that cannot be distinguished with ordinary headphones or speakers."
